L’ispirazione per il progetto della nuova facciata è l’architettura inglese del 19°secolo. Lo scopo del progetto è quello di rendere l’edificio esistente più leggero e più elegante. La facciata riprogettata ha mantenuto alcuni elementi eistenti reinterpretandoli però attraverso lo stile scelto. L’idea di usare il treillage come elemento decorativo ricorrente, per dare maggiore privacy agli appartamenti dei piani più bassi e anche come recinzione, serve ad unire il prospetto principale con gli altri. La progettazione dello spazio esterno prevede la creazione di un giardino con zone dove sostare e godersi lo spazio all’aria aperta e non solo zone di passaggio e di parcheggio. Il classico stile inglese del 19°secolo continua anche all’interno nell’area della lobby, che prevede due zone di incontro: un salotto e una zona con camino. Entrambe sono decorate come una casa privata ricca di stile per dare all’intera lobby un’atmosfera calda, accogliente e confortevole.

The inspiration of the design approach is the classical 19th century English Architecture. The design intention is to make the existing building lighter and more elegant. The project has retained some elements of the existing building reinterpreting with the style chosen for the façade. The idea to use the treillage decor was to give more privacy to the lower apartments as well as aircon systems on the balconies. The treillage was also used on the boundary wall to unify the front elevation with the landscaping on the back side of the building. The space behind the building is designed not only as a transit point, but as a garden to enjoy the outdoor area. The pond gives a peaceful view from the garden, as well as a nice view from the lobby and complete the landscaping project. The classical 19th century English style continues also inside the building, in the lobby area. The lobby layout has two meeting areas: the sitting and fireplace area. Both are decorated like a stylish private home to give a warm welcoming and comfortable atmosphere to the lobby.
